Anyone who is familiar with JLo knows that she simply does not age. It’s incredible, really. At 47 years old, she looks better than most 25-year-olds, probably including her own 25-year-old self.
Seriously, look at this woman.

Sure, there are slight differences in her face. But when we say slight, we mean it. So, either a. she is a vampire or b. she has an impeccable health and beauty regime.
In the hope that her gorgeous skin and figure are attributed only to option b. an impeccable health and beauty regime, Byrdie chatted with her personal trainer Tracy Anderson to hear her age-defying secrets.
As it turns out, ageing backwards comes from two things.
Number one is a strict diet and exercise schedule. JLo’s diet is made up of protein shakes, veggie salads, lean protein and whole grains such as quinoa.
"It's all organic and it's all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food," said Anderson.
"Everything is fresh. There's nothing processed—just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day."
When it comes to exercise, she sticks to strength training and works out about three times a week. She also makes sure she gets her rest with a solid seven hours of sleep every single night.
Number two was a little hard to hear. While JLo is allowed a few sneaky cheats from time to time, there are two things she has completely cut out… and they are coffee and alcohol.
Cue the tears.
