A tomato being cut in reverse is going viral

This video of a tomato being ‘uncut’ is giving us that weird soothing feeling all over.

The slow motion clip from YouTube channel Wryfield Lab shows a man in reverse chopping a tomato… and it’s gone viral!

Commenters say it’s ‘oddly calming’ and gives them tingles.

And it’s actually because they fall into the ASMR category (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). These clips are meant to give a strong, static-like tingling sensation on your skin.

Or as some people have called it… a ‘brain orgasm’.

Other highly relaxing videos on the channel include ink mixing into water and peanuts being shelled.

The guy who creates all the clips Linas Lakavicius has told The Daily Dot, "some of these videos are kinda hypnotic. I never do that intentionally, though, usually I don’t even know exactly what the final result will be during the entire process of creation, whether it turns to be trippy, hallucinogenic, relaxing or all in one. And this is one of the reasons why I like making these weird videos."
