Yeah, science!

If there's a gaping hole in your life where iconic series Breaking Bad once sat, listen up because we have encouraging news.

Following reports from Deadline that a very hush-hush Breaking Bad film project was in the works, it seems one of the show's stars might have just confirmed the news.

Aaron Paul (who played Jesse Pinkman) has shared two cryptic posts to Instagram in the past week that would suggest we're about to get some 'blue sky' related news in the near future.

Breaking Bad Sony Yeah Science Yay

The actor first shared a photo of two mules (get it?!) with the caption "soon":

He then followed that up with a snap of himself and co-star Bryan Cranston (who played Walt Whitman). The caption for this one read, "even sooner".

Naturally, every Breaking Bad fan has lost their cool completely as a result.

"Ugh k seriously this is killing me, I can’t wait any more," wrote one.

"what’s happening ?!?" Shared another.

Even huge celebrities are commenting on Paul's posts begging for more information.

"BRING IT ONNNNNN," said Sophia Bush.

"F**king hell," shared Taron Egerton.

"Okkkaayyy let's go....can't wait any longer..." Said Julianne Hough.

According to Deadline's original report, the film is said to be a prequel to the epic series. The outlet alleged that Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad's creator/executive producer) is the director for the project.

Further reports from Variety confirmed that the film is set to be aired on Netflix when it drops. None of the major companies behind the project (AMC, Netflix, and producer Sony Pictures Television) have commented, however.

Aside from that, we don't know too much... we don't even know if Paul and Cranston are actually in the film. We are very, VERY excited by the prospect of seeing these characters on the screen again, though, so here's hoping that they are!
