She looks like THIS after twins

It seems Queen Bey is in somewhat of a sharing mood at the moment because she’s been flooding Instagram with family photos since she decided to introduce one-month-old twins, Sir and Rumi to the world yesterday.

Overnight, we’ve been treated to three more photos. Two show off Bey’s banging post-baby bod and the third is a loved up shot of herself with Jay.

Needless to say, fans have been lapping up the newest updates, many of whom have shared just how impressed they are with Bey’s enviable figure just one month after giving birth to twins.

“bare the children then get back to BUSINESS,” one wrote.

“Wait...did you not have twins?” joked another.

“Snap back game strong!!!” said a third.

After giving birth to Blue Ivy in 2012, Beyoncé openly spoke about how much work she put in to lose the baby weight. Speaking in a video on her Beyoncé album, she explained:

“I was 195 pounds (88.5kg) when I gave birth. I lost 65 pounds (29.5kg). I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body [in her music videos]. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back,” she said.

“I know that there's so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth. You can have your child and you can still have fun and still be sexy and still have dreams and still live for yourself.”

According to Hollywood Life, the pop star worked out three times a week, for 90 minutes (running, dancing and ab workouts) and her diet was made up of egg whites, protein shakes, fresh veggies and sashimi.

Now, while Beyoncé's post-baby bod is extremely impressive, we should take a second to remember that she does have a lot of help on hand and that every mother's journey is different. We're all for healthy living, but every new mum deserves praise, no matter their size!
