"He's not capable of feelings."

Married At First Sight star Matthew Bennett shocked Australia on Wednesday night when he openly told some of the grooms at the dinner party that he's "not attracted" to 'wife' Lauren Huntriss while she sat a few seats down from him.

It's no shock to everyone watching that Lauren can HEAR everything he's saying as he made no attempt to lower his voice, or I don't know, maybe tell her before telling a group of dudes?!

Matt told the boys:

"She wants someone who can't get enough of her, hands all over her and be thrown on the bed and do stuff, and I just I can't give her that.

"The reason I'm not able to show her the affection, the attention that she wants is because I'm just not attracted to her and just I'm not feeling those urges."

"It shouldn't be an effort, it should just come. It doesn't have to be something that I should consciously think of and force myself to do... I just have no urge to rip her clothes off and throw her on the bed."

Lauren confronted Matt, asking if he'd just used her to lose his virginity:

"You obviously had to have some sort of attraction to want to have sex with me."

Matt denied having used her, but there was no way he was going to make Lauren feel any better after that.

In an Instagram post, Lauren shared a lengthy rant about Matt's recent behaviour in response to friends and fans sharing their support for her:

One person wrote:

"He blames everything on 'inexperience'. Pretty sure you should know how to be sensitive towards someone's feelings without having a relationship in the past."

To which Lauren responded:

"Unfortunately he's not capable of feelings Tarz. Since day one it was all about him. I was nothing but supportive and caring of him. This entire story was [Matt's] story. I'm sick of the excuses."

Another person wrote:

"Loz I have watched you do everything for this guy, walk on egg shells, constantly checking if he is ok, always starting conversations, constantly the ice breaker. Never have I seen him actually make any effort in return. That's not a hard thing to do. You asked for someone confident, adventurous, fun and loving. I'm sorry they didn't take any of that into consideration for you."

Lauren replied:

"It's a real shame for sure after all I did for him to turn around and say that and not be man and speak to me in private about how he was feeling. I'm such an open, non judgemental person and the fact he couldn't discuss this with me hurts. I asked him all the time how he was feeling about everything and he always just said great!

"Honesty and communication and being open are so important in relationships, something he wouldn't understand because he'd never been in a relationship ever. Also something that wasn't fair on me."

And to think, things were going so well for them last week! All we ask is that Jules and Cam stay in their little love bubble and live happily ever after!
