Executive Chef Dave Whitting showcases his seafood menu including Sydney Rock Oysters, sushi and sashimi, tiger prawns, confit charred baby octopus and more. A carvery selection is also available with the choice of roast lamb, salt baked deep sea snapper, roast chicken and more.

The Langham, Sydney transforms its' lobby to feature colourful chocolate egg displays throughout. Guests also receive their very own Easter gift to take home on departure.

The Langham, Sydney presents a rabbit warren of Easter delights for Afternoon Tea in Palm Court from 19th until 31st March 2018.

Sweet items range from chocolate nests with mini eggs to baby chick cupcakes, carrot and vanilla scones with jam and cream and many more. Savoury selections will include smoked trout rillettes with brioche, Langham's signature finger sandwiches and more. Complete with an Easter gift for all the little bunnies to take home.
