George Street, The Rocks will be closed to traffic from Alfred Street to the start of Hickson Road, The Rocks for both of the festival days.

You simply purchase from stalls.
There are a number of free entertainment options such as The smooth Relaxation Station, The smooth Star's Stage, The Cellarmasters Touring Cellar Door and A Taste of The Rocks
HOW DO I PAY?
All stalls will have LIVE EFTPOS facilities and will accept cash.
WHERE IS FIRST AID?
First Aid is located under the fig tree on the Overseas Passenger Terminal Southern Forecourt (facing the Museum of Contemporary Art)
Please seek out an event team member if you are hurt and cannot find your way to the First Aid

The Callebaut Test Kitchen proudly designed and built by Knebel Kitchens – with cooking demonstrations from skilled chocolatiers and pastry chefs such as Jean Michel Raynaud from La Renaissance Patisserie, Kirsten Tibballs - Australia's Queen of Chocolate, Savour School Melbourne, Gigi Falanga from ByGigi, Riccardo Falcone - Corporate Pastry Chef, Rockpool Dining Group,Jodie Van Der Velden - Josophan's Fine Chocolates, Damien Heads - Woodland Kitchen, Daria Nechiporenko - ICC Sydney, Sina Klugg - Nutie Donuts Balmain, Elsa Li - Petal Met Sugar, Jenifer Lo - Bakedown Cakery, Lisa Featherby - Senior Food Editor Australian Gourmet Traveller. The Callebaut Test Kitchen Stage is the tastiest Test Kitchen where the audience gets to try the food!
The Mr Black Espresso Martini Bar – relax by the harbour, sipping a Mr Black Espresso Jar-tini...go decadent and top it with a Nutie Donut chaser! Why not try a Chocolate Ale? Brewed exclusively for the festival bar by Endeavour Beer at the Tap Rooms in The Rocks.

The Chocolatiers’ Quarters – home to bean to bar and artisan chocolatiers. Features the huge talents of highly acclaimed Pastry Chef Dean Gibson creating his festival showpieces constructed out of chocolate – "Bone Shaker" made from 180 kilos of Callebaut Chocolate and boasting it's own engineering team this jaw dropping piece is Dean's biggest work to date.
The Baci Experience - see why Italy falls in love time and time again with this delicious chocolate. Watch a chef hand roll Baci using raw ingredients and try a free sample!

The smooth Star’s Stage – meet your favourite smoothfm announcers or just pose with your friends, take a snap and receive a free souvenir photo when you upload to Instagram.

The smooth Relaxation Station
The smooth Relaxation station this year will include the classic and interactive smooth Relaxation lounge set up within the comfort of a trendy, transformed shipping container. Come in, sit down, relax and snap a pic in the lounge, upload it to socials #smoothfm and tell all your friends to come along and join you! There’ll also be a green screen in the space, transporting you to a wondrous chocolate wonderland! Come and take your picture and get a free take home printer as a keepsake of #smoothchocfest. Plus the smooth angels will be giving away some great free take home gifts too so make sure you stop in.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Public transport is the best way to get in and out of the festival.
Circular Quay train station and Ferry stop is right at the doorstop of the festival. There will be a road closure in place
Those who decide to drive, will find it easier to pre-book their parking or research parking options around The Rocks area.
