Jodie Van Der Velden returns to the Callebaut Test Kitchen

Jodie Van Der Velden is widely regarded as one of the industry’s biggest chocolate talents

Owner of the utterly amazing Josophan’s Fine Chocolate (Leura and Sydney city), founder and editor of Luxe Chocolate Recipes and Callebaut Royal Chocolate Show judge Jodie Van De Velden is both knowledgeable and highly entertaining in front of a crowd.

Jodie will be demonstrating her decadently delicious Belgian chocolate cake with berry jam, peanut buttercream frosting and caramelized peanuts aptly named “Fat Elvis – Darkside” in the Callebaut Test Kitchen, proudly built and designed by Knebel Kitchens at the Smooth Chocolate Festival in The Rocks on Saturday 12 August 2pm.
