Spring has sprung and it's the perfect time to learn how to make some beautiful cocktails!

If it’s been a while since you last visited Darling Harbour, you’d be forgiven for not knowing about Planar Restaurant and Bar, the chic new venue which is the perfect spot for after work drinks or a Sunday session with friends.

To celebrate the venue’s new bar, Planar is offering cocktail masterclasses with their mixology expert which makes for the perfect outing with friends – we can’t picture a more perfect way to kick off a hen’s night.

The classes require a minimum of 10 students and costs $95 per person, however, if you don’t have ten people, you can also buy tickets to a one-off lesson October 6 for $75.

Like the more intimate class, you’ll receive a cocktail on arrival, learn how to make four different cocktails which you can enjoy once you’ve mastered them, as well as a selection of canapés and live music.

Buy your tickets for the event here.

In addition to the cocktail making classes, Planar will also be offering pizza making classes for those who are eager to learn how to craft the perfect pizza dough. Learn how in with a group of 10 friends for $75 per person.

If you’re feeling fancy and want to whip up a cocktail at home, the team at Planar have sent us the recipe for the Lychee Rose Mojito, which is a must to try this spring. Make it at home or enjoy it at the venue!
