The Queen wore a Trump-dissing accessory to her meeting with Trump

US President Donald Trump’s controversial visit to the UK last week upset a lot of people - including the 100,000 people who flooded the streets of London in protest, flying a blimp in the shape of Trump with tiny hands, wearing a baby’s nappy.

And that was BEFORE Trump broke royal protocol by walking in front of Her Majesty:

While Queen Elizabeth seemed composed during her meeting with Trump on Friday, she sent a very different message with her choice of jewellery.

That innocent-looking diamond brooch was gifted to her by the Obamas. We’re SCREAMING.

The vintage brooch, made in 1950, was gifted to The Queen during the Obamas 2011 state visit, and is known as the American State Visit brooch.

The next day, she reportedly wore the Sapphire Jubilee Brooch, gifted to her by Canada - followed by the Three Queens In Mourning Brooch - the brooch the Queen Mother wore to her HUSBAND'S FUNERAL.

Prince Harry is coming to Sydney

You can read a further breakdown of the brooch warfare at Bored Panda.

A source told The Times that Prince Charles and Prince William refused to attend the meeting, leaving The Queen to deal with Trump alone.

“They simply refused to attend. It’s a very, very unusual thing for the queen to be there on her own. Usually she is accompanied by somebody. Prince Charles has been substituting for (the queen’s husband) Philip a lot recently.

The palace denied this was the case - but when the Obamas visited in 2016, they had a private dinner with Wills, Kate, Harry and even Prince George - who wore a special robe Obama had given to him during a previous visit.

Quite a contrast!
