Lano & Woodley ‘FLY’ing into Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney in 2019

The comedy duo are bringing their show ‘FLY’ to Aus!

After a triumphant year with the success of their highly anticipated show Fly, Lano And Woodley are taking the show on the road again.

The comedy duo are bringing their award-winning production to the Sydney Opera House, Melbourne, Adelaide and regional cities around Australia.

Fly was a triumph in 2018. After scoring stellar reviews, bringing home the People’s Choice Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and selling over 70,000 tickets nationally, Australia’s favourite double act delivered what is being widely recognised as their finest show to date.

On bringing back the show Frank Woodley said:

“Performing as Lano & Woodley again was just like riding a bike. Actually, it was probably more like riding a crazy pig through a crowded market, but my point is I felt completely at home.”

The show tells the epic story of the pioneers of flight; the Wright brothers.

There were all of the ingredients that have made Lano & Woodley an Australian favourite for more the 20 years, but there was something more... a magical chemistry and polish that had audiences whooping with uncontrollable laughter and taking to their feet at the conclusion of every performance.

Initial seasons in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide could not meet demand in 2018, so those cities will see a return of these loveable mates this year.

“Well, after so many amazing shows in 2018, we’ve well and truly refined the show, and we’ve cut out ALL the annoying and shit bits - but Frank’s still in it,” star Colin Lane said.
